2013/01/08 Small bolts cause big accidents

At 9:9 am on January 8, 2013, during the no-load test run of the southern section of the first phase of the Kunming subway, the first section of the train derailed when it was about 500 meters away from Dounan Station, causing the driver's cab to warm. The wind device fell, causing the driver on duty to die-slightly.

An accident investigation team has been set up in Kunming. The result of the investigation is that the fire door at the exit section of the elevated section and the underground tunnel was accidentally dropped due to bolts falling on the rails and falling on the moving train.
